“Project Set-Up” will give two awards of $500 to music creators who require monetary help to finish a song or project. Costs could include; software, hardware, studio time, personnel hire, travel, or living costs. Women and non-binary music creators can apply for the giveaway with the recipients decided by a panel organised by Record Enable. The recipients will provide a report on what they have used the money for, and provide an audio file of the project.

Requirements : 

 

• Self-identify as a woman or non-binary

• Are currently working as a producer or audio engineer on a music project

• Can describe your creative goals for the project

• Can explain what you will use the money for and how it will help you

Applications for “Project Step-Up” are open 30th September to 25th October 2024. The recipients will be notified on the 15th of November 2024.
